1. Who operates Flair

Flair is developed and operated by Luis De La Cruz, an independent developer based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is the data controller for the data described in this policy.

Contact: luisdanieldlcg@gmail.com

2. What data we collect

Category Description
Account data Your name and email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive whatever information that provider releases to us. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email," we only receive the relay address Apple generates.
Garment photos The photos you take or select to add clothes to your wardrobe. We only request camera or photo library access when you use those features, and you can revoke it anytime in your device settings. These photos may contain images of you or other people if a garment is photographed while being worn; they are processed solely to extract the garment, never to identify anyone.
Account identifier A unique identifier created automatically upon registration.
Wardrobe content Garment images generated from your photos, along with their categories, colors, tags, and suggested outfits. You can edit everything.
Technical data Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/error reports.
Usage data How you use the app: which screens you visit, which features you use, and how often. This helps us understand what works and what doesn't.
IP address Logged by our infrastructure providers for security and error debugging. It may reveal your approximate country, but we do not use it to locate you.
Subscription data Your subscription status and purchase receipts returned by Apple or Google.

If we ever ask for your permission for an optional feature, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

4. How your photos are processed

When you add a garment, the app sends your photo to third-party artificial intelligence providers to identify the clothing and its attributes and to generate the clean image you see in your wardrobe and outfits.

These providers process the image solely to return the result to us. We work with them under paid service terms that expressly prohibit them from using your images to train or improve their models. They only retain them for a limited period to detect service abuse and comply with legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

If you disagree with how a garment was classified, you can edit or delete it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete stored data.

Please note that deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription or issue a refund. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, and you must cancel them through your store settings.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access is restricted to the developer, and we enforce security rules (Row-Level Security) that prevent one user's wardrobe from being accessible by another.

No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you and inform the competent authorities within the timeframes required by law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and update the date at the top.
